As an individual the best way to compete is to compete against yourself. Strive as much as possible to be better than your previous self. That's the best and efficient way to compete and compare yourself. Be eager to improve on yourself each day.

Stop looking and comparing yourself with your peers. I know we are all tempted to do this most especially if those around us look to be better than us. It's healthy to appreciate the success of others but it's more healthy when we as individual are better than our yesterday.

Let your thoughts, words and actions be better than the way they where. If you can successfully achieve this. Then you are on a better path.

For what is worth let you present self be better than your previous self.
